Tree-Climbing Lions & Pink Flamingos
Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, known for its alkaline lake that attracts thousands of pink flamingos and diverse birdlife. The park's diverse habitats range from groundwater forests to acacia woodlands.
The dry season (June to October) is great for large mammals, while the wet season (November to June) is fantastic for bird watching and lush scenery.
Look up! You might spot lions lounging in acacia trees. The park is also home to large troops of baboons, elephants, buffalo, and hippos.
Game drives, night game drives, canoe safaris on the lake (water level permitting), and cultural tours.
